What I received was unlikely to be pure Glycine. Probably Glycine HCL or some strong contamination. The pH of the product was too low and gave me a bad case of acidity.

Only used for a few days.My observations. Certainly Effective. Improves Sleep quality. Is a good substitute for Sugar.

Excellent Sugar Replacement for Diabetics
Glycine is hands down the best sugar replacement product. It's a naturally sweet tasting amino acid (protein) and does not denature even when used in cooking with high heat. Also, only a third of the quantity normally used as sugar is more than sufficient to sweeten toyer dish, be it just coffee/tea or a dessert preparation.An excellent sugar replacement product for diabetics & for those that are insulin resistant. 👍🏻
