A decent enough ear clip, but kind of small for my ear so it is uncomfortable to wear for more than 10 minutes. Also, since it is plastic, it can be easily broken trying to get the piece arranged to where it is not uncomfortable. I'd recommend a rubber-coated wire clip instead for longer and more comfortable use.

The original ear hooks that came with the blue tooth lasted easily for 2 yearsI have bought replacements but they only last 3-4 months. They are brittle And crack easily, too tight, and somehow sharp on the ears.I cannot find another option from a different vendor .. So I just diabetes even though they are too expensive.I may just end up just updating to a new blue tooth Even though I like my current one a lot

The shape was slightly different from the original, so there was discomfort, which I got used to. However, after only a few months use, it broke. The original one broke after several years of use. I recommend searching for the Jabra original "Jabra Talk30/Style Accessories Pack 100-68340000-00". I'd rather pay more if it means I don't have to keep buying new ones every few months. (Let's hope the replacement fits as well and lasts as long as the original.) I have the original Jabra Style, which is physically the same and uses the same ear hooks as the Jabra Style 30.

Very comfortable and does not rub my ear. Easy to adjust so that they are not too tight (soft and manageable) I would definitely recommend this product.
