Highly recommended!
Ive been looking to up my fibre but haven’t wanted to change my diet to accommodate it (messes with my macros to much). This has been perfect for me and I just blend into my morning smoothie. Works a treat and I get everything I need.

Could be very helpful for those needing to boost their microbiome
Others have mentioned that the instructions on the packet need a rewrite - that said the essential information is there. Suggested dose is 5 gram or one scoop - unfortunately I couldn't find my scoop but as it happens I have a set of jewelry digital scales so was able to measure out a dose with good accuracy not that it likely needs great accuracy! I mixed mine with a little coconut yoghurt and it went quite well together. I tasted a little bit of it "neat" and it wasn't unpleasant having a mild sweetish taste. A 100gram packet contains 43g of carbs 23g of which is sugars so a 5 gram dose will contain just under a gram of sugar not too bad - more impressive is the 47.5g of dietary fibre which in a 100g value means that just under half of the powder is dietary fibre so a 5 g scoop will yield just under 2.5 grams of pure dietary fibre . The gut bacteria is the other main microbiome boosting factor quantified at 10 billion per gram so in a 5g scoop that's 50 billion of helpful gut bacteria - I note a rival product contains 20 billion per capsule and a serving is one or two caps per day - so that's a total of 40 billion so 50 billion seems to be in the right ball park quantity wise. Other products often contain less or no additional dietary fibre but some do contain multiple strains of gut bacteria - so judging this product against what is generally available I'd say this product is a pretty good all rounder. I personally would not take such a product every day but I would find it very useful to say help boost my microbiome after surgery and or a depleting illness where a months supply would be about right and then after that seek to maintain healthy gut health and micrbiome through wiser breakfast choices that includes plenty of roughage and some decent yoghurts.

higher fibre
I was told by my doctor that I needed higher fibre in my diet and this product is a great way to add it to my morning smoothie.

Great way of upping your fibre
I take inulin powder every day to help my digestive system along. This one works as well as any other I have used, it just helps your gut to work by absorbing water and allowing smoother passage of food, keeping you regular. You do need to make sure that you drink enough water during the day as well, as that is needed for it to work well. A great addition to your diet, and reduces the need for occasional laxatives due to poor gut motility.

bad taste, instruction for use missing...
unfortuantely, this product is good.it tastes really bad. You want to forget this experience...the instructions for use on the back of the package are completely meaningless. They dont make sense in English at all.Although the ingredients are really nice and they are organic, I am sad that this product tastes this terrible and that it lacks proper guidance on how to use it.Although the sugar content (which is also absent) is high, the powder, when mixed with water (a liberal amount as i dont know how much is appropriate...) it tastes like sour cacao and something else. It has baobab powder, and if you ever had baobab powder you would remember its sour / lemon-like taste. This product tastes very close to this.

doesn't mix well but taste is nice
This is a good idea for a product, but unfortunately it has not been done very well in this case.First off, the instructions for taking the product are bad. It says "SUGGESTED USE: take out the cold water option and say mix into smoothies"Now, this is obviously the instructions to the copywriter to change the wording rather instructions to the user - but this is a crucial point - elsewhere on the packaging it says "DO NOT EXCEED THE STATED DOSAGE," well, what is the dosage?I opened the pack and found the powder inside to look and smell like hot chocolate powder. I tried to mix into cold water and found out why this option was to be removed from the labelling! it doesn't mix at all! just clumps on the surface.I next tried it in a shaker cup with protein powder. This was better but it still settles on the surface after a while. The graphics on the listing, as well as other reviewers, mentioned the taste as a negative. I didn't think the flavour was that bad. Considering how much sugar is in it, that isn't surprising to me. The texture leaves a bit to be desired, this I think is down to how it mixes.Overall, may be the company would be better off putting this powder into capsules for people to swallow with a glass of water. An hiring a new copywriter :)

Drink it every morning
This product is great. It does what it says on the tin. I was confident in using it based on the description. I think there are some areas can be improved but it's too early to tell yet. It's well made, and will look forward to using in continously.

Good ingredients
I've started using this kind of product to simply try and help my body. I'm in my 40's now and decided it was a good idea. With this particular product, the ingredients all tick the right boxes. The taste wasn't too bad for me - but I think that's probably subjective anyway. I mix my potions together in to one container and blend...so my taste is properly mixed up.
