Not what I expected…
I conditioned my hair with this product which stained my skin and gave my hair a blue hue, yes blue! It looked interesting and caught my colleagues attention which made us all giggle. Didn’t look very natural at all got me a bit self conscious, which is the opposite of the expected effect. Will go straight to trash 🤷🏻♂️

a step in the right direction
I have bought every product from this brand, and they are expensive garbage, but this conditioner is a step in the right direction, although the price is still too high.PS: For those who complain that it stains their hands, the solution is too obvious. wear gloves

Use with a comb before you hit the shower
This is a semi-oily substance that stains the skin, but it can be wash off with some soap and light scrubbing, which means it can also wash off easily from your hair. The direction is to use it on your hair after shampoo and rinse, but It's not practical to use it in the shower. You can’t see what you are doing. The best way is to apply it with a comb before you hit the shower, you get to see what you are doing, with minimum contact with your scalp. Leave it on for 5 min or more, I did around 10 mins, and about 50%-60% of it washed off with 2 light shampoo, which is not bad, some spot wash off more than other, which is a good thing, it’s more natural. This is good if you want to touch-up, you don’t have to do it daily, it’s up to you. I used to do it with hair-dye, and that always came out too dark and unnaturally black. This blends in better.I didn’t use a lot either, about the same amount in toothpaste for each side, my hair is short though.

Some good points, some not so good points
My first use of the product scared me a bit to be honest… I applied the conditioner to my hair (while in the shower) and once I had rubbed it in I went to rinse my hands and they were quite stained… and oddly, the stain had an almost greenish tint to it - yikes! Fortunately the stain washed off pretty well with soap and then a light scrubbing with a nail brush. It actually does a pretty good job at conditioning, and in spite of my initial fear of the color it had a very subtle (barely noticeable) effect once rinsed clean. Because of the staining effect, you might want to consider using gloves… and definitely use them if you plan to apply it BEFORE getting in the shower… fortunately in my case I already had the water running so I was able to rinse and scrub my hands quickly…. A lot of hair dyes will stain your fingers and nails - especially if you have dry cracked skin (or sort of dry nails). I think the cracks help to allow the dye agents to sink in deeper as well as make it more difficult to wash/rinse (hence the nail brush). Overall I would just consider it ‘okay’… don’t expect big changes quickly. I will say that I think this is the first darkening *conditioner* I have tried (others have been shampoos), and I did like the conditioning effect.

Darkening Conditioner?
I really didn't find this grey reducing conditioner to work very well for me. My fair felt a little bit frosted when I used it in my shower. I really get much better when I do get a tube of Just For Men Control GX in the end. This on the other hand needs a lot of work, before I could recommend it.
