Positives: has a zip, can swallow a surprising amount of stuff. Negatives: only one pocket, so when evrrything mives around your keys rub against your phone screen and if you want to get your phone, everything else comes out too. Also needs to be tightened so much that it leaves marks, yet still jumps around on your waist and flips round so the zip ends up on the inside.

Honestly, I don't know how I never bought this before. It's super lightweight and fits snuggly without being too tight. It does great holding my phone and car keys, but I have to be careful to insert my phone on the zipper-end first, otherwise I can hear the stress between the nylon material and the zipper. I have this rest on my lower back, just above my butt, and it never feels like it might fall off - love the big waste fastener. After a workout I do feel some sweat that's gotten through my shirt onto the material, so keep that in mind if you sweat a lot. I will never go on a run without this again. (And you can't beat that price!)

I recently started having to run with my Iphone and it was such a pain to carry around... I tried all kinds of fixes and have one pair of leggings which have a pocket in the back, but the phone kept sliding down into uncomfortable places! And I can't stand running with an armband. Now I just clip this baby on and go and it also carries my keys. I have to keep it pulled very tight slightly below my hip bones to get it not to bounce so I hope this will not degrade the band quickly over time, but for now it is working wonderfully for me and is extremely comfortable. Great product!

This holds deceptively more than it looks like it would! When i go for a moderately rigorous run, I don’t feel any bouncing at all. It’s comfortable & adjusts really well

I know you're not supposed to do anything new on race day, but I've heard so many good things about this I took a chance and used it for the first time at a 10-mile race. It was great! It bounced a bit for the first 15 seconds or so of running, but after that I didn't notice it. Throughout the race I actually checked to make sure it was still there b/c I couldn't feel it.I used it to carry my iphone 4, which is in a case, a bulky car key, 1 gu and credit card, ID, cash. It was lumpy but everything fit easily. I did put my phone in a plastic baggy since the spibelt isn't waterproof at all.I'm definitely going to be using this from now on if I need to carry anything during a race, even if it's just a car key. Not all of my running capris have zipper pockets and I'm always paranoid that my key will fall into a port-o-potty.

I love the quality The size, my phone fits in it well and the color and the zipper is made well I use it every day
