I have gotten a few of these for myself and my spouse. They work great for support and help with foot pain. Fit true to size in my shoes and have never had to trim. Highly recommend.

Great product

My grandson buys these insoles every time he gets a new pair of shoes. All you do is heat them then put in your shoes. They mold to your feet so you have perfect insoles. My husband’s feet are very stiff, and his shoes had started hurting his feet. He bought him a pair of these and heated them. He put them in a pair of shoes that my husband had worn for a while…you done need to buy new shoes just new insoles. His feet don’t hurt any more, and he is really happy with his “new” shoes!

Late last year, I started walking around the neighborhood each night, trying to stay a little more active now that I've lost a lot of weight. Unfortunately, while wearing my (only pair of) shoes, I noticed that the arch in my left foot would hurt painfully if I tried to really walk briskly. My shoes were offering zero arch support and on investigation I realized I had worn almost completely through the insoles. Since the exterior of my shoes were in great condition, I decided to get these based on the reviews here and elsewhere.Right off the bad, they were extremely painful to wear. Whether that was due to years of my feet/legs being in a weird position due to the old flat insoles, or something else, I don't know. But after two weeks (the recommended break-in time) plus a trip through the oven, I was seriously considering giving up on them. I'm glad I didn't, though. After just a few more weeks of light use, I did finally get accustomed to them and now my feet and muscles don't hurt at all when doing my walking or going to the store.The difference between my old insoles and these is night and day. These offer good cushioning for the heel and more arch support than I've ever had. (Sadly, my left foot's arch still hurts if I try to walk too briskly, but this insole has reduced the recurrence of the pain a little bit.) Just walking around the grocery store or a park, they are quite comfortable. Although these seem to be geared towards the athletic end of the human scale, I think they'd be fine for people work work standing up all day, too.If there's anything to complain about — besides the long break-in period, that is — it's that the procedure to form them to your feet by heating them in the oven doesn't seem to really do anything. I followed the directions, but the little dot never changed color. After the time limit, I wore them as instructed but never did notice any real change in fit or comfort. If there's a change to be had by doing this, it seems to be very minor.Overall, I'm happy with them, and I hope that they last a while considering how much more expensive they were than off-the-shelf insoles you find at your local big box retailer.

Product is great but it didn't fit my shoe and there was not an option to return it. I tried several times and I searched every area that I could find on Amazon ☹️

I first tried these insoles when Dean Karnazes had his own signature insoles from Sole. I figured if he used them, then they have to be pretty damn good.Well, he was right. I've been using these for over 10 years now. I think Dean's line has been discontinued as I can't find them anymore. These are very similar to Deans model.I have a high arch and these eliminate all pain associated with plantar fascitis.These fit super easy into my Brooks GTS shoes with no need to cut to shape.Just heat them up in oven for a couple minutes and then wear shoes for a couple minutes so they mold to your foot.These have lasted me at least 3 years, the only part that wears out are the front toe area.Very solid Insole and very pleased with the quality.If I had to say a complaint, I'd say they are a little pricey, but qualty usually is.

These have made a huge difference to me, I have had a horribly sore knee for a long time, once I started using these in my running shoes and within a week my sore knee went away. I am dealing with a bad hip as well and though it was that but I think it was the way I was walking. These are SO worth the price.

Bought new pair of hoots for work and man the insole would have killed my feet. Bought this from the recommendation of a friend and let me tell you it's been a life saver. Expensive but probably the best insole I've ever bought. Bought another brand before this as well and had to return it. Trust me this is exactly what you're looking for.
