Sunny Bay Microwavable Shoulder and Upper Back Heat Wrap, Blue, Large

I have this product for only 3 days. I ordered one for my mom because it was on sale and I liked it too.its very comforting and I already feel it works.no smell, no leakage.holds the heat pretty well. Customer service answered my questions that I can share with uI asked how long this product will last. ?Is there any special treatment we have to give to make it last longer?answered  I have mine for many years.  I burnt one one time so I learned not to overheat it.  It smells bad and the bad smell never goes away.  I have a customer who overheat the wraps.  The product tag becomes gum-like.  She had a lot of problems with the thread breaking.  You can imaging that the threads can be weakened after it was overheated the wrap so much when the tyvek paper turned in to gum.I believe if you are careful not to overheat it, it can last a long time.Askedthe material that flax seed is in it looks very weak and I am worried that get rotten and makes hole. How strong is that material?Answered,We used the best quality cotton we can buy.  It is pretty strong.Size, I got lorge one, im an average woman.it covers my shoulders and half back.I love that the inner sac has many stitches that holds the seeds in place.i wrap it around my shoulder and do my house work, feed and hold and play with my baby.he likes it too I guess, the outer cover is soft and cozy, easy to remove .I hope it lasts at least one year!!I add a drop of lavender that bought from amazon.ca on it and feel im in spa.i dont know why I love it.i bought one for my mom .I hope she likes it too!

Really like how this product covers shoulders and back, and can just hang, draped over the shoulders, without slipping off. A pro and a con is that, unlike many other microwavable packs I have, this pack does not get super hot. It does get hot enough to feel soothing, and stays warm a reasonable amount of time––though I've found no pack that stays warm for as long as the Thermalon brand does. But this pack does what no other does in the sense that it covers a large area and stays on the body itself, without needing to be tied. I'm glad I have it and would recommend it. I've had it for over a year, and it continues to work well.

Works good but cools off rather quickly

This product is the answer to my continuing problem of back pain.It is a very well made heavy pad which is contoured to fit over my shoulders, down my spine and across my back. It heats up quickly in the microwave but holds the heat longer than others I’ve used. I ordered a medium even though I’m small. I wanted to make sure it covers down to my waist. The quality is excellent and I love the nice soft cover because it has a furry texture which makes it even more comfortable. The cover is washable too so I’m sure this will be all I will ever need to buy from now on. Thank you 🙏

Gosh-I hate to post less than 5 stars for this sweet heat wrap made by a small company. It is a nice product, but just slightly vulnerable to burning if heated even slightly longer than the instructions state. I just took of a star because it could be better if it was able to be resistant to catching fire in case it is accidentally or otherwise put in the microwave a bit too long. It worked great for a week or so, but I ran into a problem that was admittedly due to not following the directions. I put this in the microwave for over 2 minutes and it started to smell like burning! Which it was-the material and filling of the left side had burned-just a small (size of a quarter) area, but I had to cut most of the material off due to the smell spreading to the seeds. I have another heat wrap that i usually heat for 2 1/2 minutes to get to good temperature and thought I would try it with this one. which was a mistake. If you purchase, be sure to follow the directions.
