I like using this and kind of operate on the faith that my health benefits from this. It does seem to deliver on those perceptibly. The flavor is, the name suggests, sour and a little astringent, but I like things as tart as I can get them, so this is a benefit, rather than a flaw, in my case.

I did take this during the day and I didn't feel too terribly relaxed, but I love the herbal remedies and how easy they are to use. It's definitely a good one to have in the cupboard. It works as intended and as advertised. It is very gentle and not super strong.

I got it for gout, since people say tart cherry helps, but I feel like the recommended dose feels very light, especially when it says to dilute in water. Not sure I feel anything regarding sleep aide. Taste is tolerable

All the benefits of tart cherry juice when you don’t have the juice on hand. Great for helping me fall asleep and stay asleep. The taste is exactly what you would expect. The ingredients are clean and pure so I feel comfortable using this supplement. I’ve taken it straight but tonight I’m going to make a cute little magnesium cocktail that I’ve seen online and I just know it’s going to be amazing.

I like that the taste isnt too bad and it slightly assists with sleep and restlessness. This is a great alternative to melatonin and other sleep aids.

This extract is very easy to take, has a pleasant flavor, and is easy to swallow. I do not review the efficacy of supplements, but I do review them for what they are. The volume provided seems like a good deal for the price and I am hoping to reap the benefits of tart cherry after prolonged use. I am happy with my order and if my opinion changes with use, I will return to update this review.

I thought this would be easier than making a drink with the tart cherry juice but I cannot get past the kick of the alcohol in the spray. You can definitely taste it and it is not pleasant.
