I gave this to a high school graduate. She loved it. The top and straw are very nice. The design is great and the colors are very vibrant.

I gave as a gift to an incoming freshman at UConn, and she loved it! Seems to be good quality.

Rico Industries NCAA Standard 24oz Acrylic Tumbler: Ordered this for use in the car and around house. With the lid closed, there is no leaking (see pic of upside down tumbler filled with water). The lid has a safety catch so it is not easy to accidently open it and have an unexpected spill. The lip is easy to drink from, provides a slow stream that stays contained, doesn't spread out and go around the corners of your mouth like some tumblers. The straw is silicone; it is soft and won't poke you if you aren't paying attention and miss your mark! It sits high enough out of the lid to be easy to grasp, but not so long you will catch your arm on it when using it in the car/truck. Easy to slip in and out of a drink holder. Great for filling up with fountain drinks or water when on the road, safer when driving to sip from a straw than tipping up a container. Keeps drinks cold, but not for an extended period of time, so if you are looking for something you can put ice in and 12 hours later your drink is still icy cold, this is not what you want; but if you want a cold drink for the next few hours, this has you covered. Of course, you can always add more ice if you have access to it through the day. The design shows up well and seems well protected for washing (hand only). Always fun to show pride in your alma mater! Would make a great gift and definitely a great value compared to buying something similar on campus!

Looks like a great travel mug; too bad it arrived with a huge crack going down the length of the entire mug!

This Minnesota State University - Mankato Mavericks Rico Industries NCAA Standard 24oz Acrylic Tumbler with Hinged Lid is great. My wife and I have always gotten a well known brand name steal cup, but I’m a Mavs fan and wanted to add something to my options. But being plastic, I wasn’t sure. In the end we are pleased and surprised by how well it keeps the cold, but will fully admit, it does not make it as long as the steal ones do. We will use accordingly.The Rico Industries NCAA Standard 24oz Acrylic Tumbler with Hinged Lid with the MN Mavs looks great. The lettering lands weird in places, but looks good, and we really like the logo and mascot. It comes with a screw-on lid, a rubber straw that is bendable, and the top lets you use either the sipper built in or the straw. I didn’t think I would, but I love that the straw (reusable) is rubber, allowing for a slight bend for easier access. The top is easy to use - though I will say I am NOT a fan of the way the clip extends out a bit far when propped open. Overall this is a well done cup. Again, it is not as cold in timeframe - the ice melted first, then it cooled off. But I got a good amount of time, sufficient and got me through my drink. It does get that wet outer texture when cold, but it does not get overly slippery and the condensation does not drip - both pluses. In the end we are both very pleased and I look forward to a lot of enjoyable drinks with this Rico Industries NCAA Standard 24oz Acrylic Tumbler with Hinged Lid.
