Better than an oil I have found in stores!! The quality is excellent! Very mild flavor. Also really great healthy option for seasoning your cast iron pans

I use this oil for everything. This time I bought the larger bottle because I go through so much of it.

Originally, I purchased it for making body butters and lotions. However, since I didn't pay attention to the size for the price, I now reserve it for culinary delights. Love the flavor!The price isn't ghastly and I understand quality costs, I just wish everything worth purchasing didn't cost quite as much as it does anymore.

I take two tablespoons a day with meals. What can I say it's avocado oil. Avocados are so good for you. Always be sure to purchase cold press. If you'll do some research like I did you'll see why.

Has a 40 degree+ smoke point so fried food is crispy. Great on salads and for making your own healthy salad dressings.

This oil is excellent and does not alter the flavor of the food at all.

First the package was poorly done and arrived broken. Since I couldn’t taste, I could only rate quality based on the color which was light yellow and not green like avocado oil should be.

Since it is extra virgin I am hoping it is unrefine, but unfortunately the label does not specify. Since it's the only one I have found that doesn't state refined I figured I would try it. Been happy with quality & will likely purchase again.
