I think Ashwaghanda is probably the best supplement there is, as long as you're eating a healthy diet. As an adaptogen it really helps with your body's response to stress, which means it positively affects exercise recvovery and sleep. Can't go wrong, especially with a high dose cap like these.

This pack contains 30 ashwaganda campsules with a high dose, which is great, as a lot of ashwaganda products are less than half this amount dosage wise, so was pleased to try them. They go down easily and I didn't notice any taste, they seem to be good at relaxing you, though objectivelly maybe I was having an easier time, but they seem good all the same. I was suprised when they arrived as I was expecting a bottle and instead they came in a pouch, which - for environmental purposes is good (I guess) though I prefer a plastic tub personally (and surely recycled plastic is fine?) still. Good tablets, though a tad pricey for a one month supply.

These ashwaganda capsules arrived nicely packed in a pack. I love that the pack came properly sealed . I like to receive my supplements thoroughly sealed due to hygiene reasons.The best thing is that these are not too big makes it so easy to swallow. It doesn’t have any bad taste or odour because you need to swallow it with water. Only one capsule is sufficient because it has a high potency.The best thing is that it’s organic and made from natural ingredients. Ashwaganda has been very beneficial for so many different purposes such as stress relief, lower blood sugar levels, lower coristol levels, improved fertility in men, etc.Highly recommended

I believe it can be a great herb to supplement your workout routine.These capsules are easy to swallow, and I did experience a slight aftertaste, possibly due to their potency. I liked that the capsules were high strength and that I only needed to take one pill a day. The packaging was a packet rather than a bottle, which doesn't really matter overly but was different to what I was expecting.I've only had it for a few days now, but it does seem to have a calming effect. I would try this again!

Easy to swallow although not sure they really have much effect, perhaps need to take for longer period

I love these I also use them in my hair and it keeps it strong and less shedding love it! I just open the pills and mix with my hair mask or cream.
