So cute and suitable from birth, a soft sound
The media could not be loaded. This cute bee is small enough to put in a Nappy Changing bag for on the move play. It is super cute, well made and has the softest of sounds. I honestly think you could use this to get a baby off to sleep watching the beads move backwards and forwards and the soft sound might act like white noise in the background. It will be easy for them to hold as they progess and could be played with into toddler years, so a toy that could last and last. I really liked the gentle sound, any parent of children will appreciate a musical instrument that is not tinny, annoyingly loud ..!Happy to recommend, I love the cute and thoughtful designs of Just Bee Kids Toys. Would make a great Easter Gift for a little one or as an item to put into a baby basket if someone at work was going on maternity leave etc ...

A lovely toy
The media could not be loaded. A lovely gift for a new baby, brightly coloured and more natural. Feels well made, were some splinters of wood but they were just soft wood so wouldn’t cause harm.

9 month old not impressed currently
The media could not be loaded. Got this for my 9 month old who is into everything at the moment, however this didnt hold her interest at all. Its nicely made (as all just bee toys are) and comes giftable packaged, but it take quite a shake to get it to rattle and the balls are very small so dont seem to catch her attention when they go back and forth to the wings...may be better if the bee had see through stripes to see the balls on their full journey (little prefered a spoon and a raisin in a bottle - typical!). Still a nice gift that is under a tenner.

Not a rainmaker, just a one sided quiet rattle!
The Just Bee Kids Wooden Rainmaker is an adorable looking toy but it's not a rainmaker, it's barely a rattle!I love Just Bee toys and have always found them to be amazing quality wooden toys and this one is no exception. The bee toy is really nicely made and has smooth sides that are perfect for little hands to hold. Much like a few other toys of the brand though this bee toy disappointingly only had a picture on one side which considering the price isn't great.This bee toy is said to be a rainmaker but there aren't enough beads inside the toy to make it appear like a rainmaker in any shape or form. You get to see the few beads disappear and end up in a different section but that doesn't make it a rainmaker and it doesn't resemble the sound of real rain like an actual rainmaker stick does. The beads inside are so quiet it barely functions as a good rattle!This is a fun toy with a cute design but as it's claimed to be a rainmaker and it isn't and as the design is only on one side then I'll have to drop a few stars from my rating which is a shame as I wanted to give it five stars. Hopefully one day Just Bee might start making double sided toys rather than saving money and only having the designs on one side even though children see two sides whilst playing with a toy!

PLEASE BE SUPER CAREFUL WITH THIS TOY AND CHECK THE LITTLE WINDOWS!My baby has been playing with this and I saw a flicker of somethingI saw there is a film on one of the windows! She could have swallowed this!!!! Please be mindful

Beautiful toy
This bumblebee rainmaker is made from wood and filled with colourful beads. It is a lovely alternative to the usual plastic toys.The colours are very pretty and slightly muted, making it look more natural and gender neutral. The bee is very cute too.The sound is not too loud, which again, is nice for babies to use without over stimulating them.It feels well made and sturdy and would make a perfect gift for a young baby, or even to be used as decor in a nursery.Overall, this rainmaker is so delicate looking and pretty. It would make a lovely gift for a young baby. I would recommend it.
