Useless product
It's good for a few days only.. after that the adhesive becomes useless and you will have an irritating piece of silicon/rubber stuck at the wrong places in your shoe.. manually adjusting it daily with both sides exactly equally placed is not a practical solution... So finally had to throw it away.
