Bought for assisting rehabilitation of an ankle injury and it's doing as great job we're not needing to use all the features or push the intensity too high; there's no need to, it's very effective and efficient.We've used other similar devices for knee problems and we like this one too.Instructions could be simpler and the control unit could have better button labelling, but if you use it as much as us, it becomes second nature.Great it's usb c charging.As the picture suggests, it's a fabric mat with a detachable rechargeable control unit that slots onto metal rivets securely.Pick your pattern off pulsing and then the intensity; there's a great variety of pulse profiles but we stayed on the default simulation and low intensity.If it's your first treatment, it can take you by surprise, but it activates the muscles brilliantly and increases blood flow..... All very welcome.Ankles are now more supple and on the mend... Thank you guys.Fabric pad can be rolled up for portability, or slid under the sofa, battery lasts a while but quick to charge when you need to.Great piece of kit.

Started working fine then after a while only worked on one foot. Had to send it back. But no problem getting a refund

This is my second of this type of cheap EMS Massage, the previous one was almost identical (from anothe supplier) but the rechargeable control unit broke after a few months after repeatedly removing to charge up and then re-attaching it using the "popper" style fastener.This time around I have left the control unit in place and now charge it in situ and it has been fine.There are undoubtedly better quality units out there but if you want to give EMS Foot Massagers a go without risking spending far higher amounts then this does the job and has certainly helped me with my poor circulation and swollen ankles.

A very comfortable easy to transport (light) EMS foot massager.Very helpful when need a foot massage, provides good relief. Has several modes of stimulation intensity based on user comfort. Advices to start with low intensity first to find the optimum mode for every individual user comfort.It has 8 selectable modes (19 intensity levels) and 12 minute run time (advised).Very light and foldable, can be easily transported (for travel anywhere). Simple small device that can be kept ready charged ahead of travel anywhere. USB charging makes travel with this easy.Clear instructions in manual (self-explanatory). Auto shut down function (very useful if anyone forgets to turn off once used - saves charge). Charges quickly in 30 minutes.

It's a very compact and light gadget, which is important to me. It has a few different settings, so you can adjust to your massage needs.The battery seems to last a long time once charged as well.Plesantly surprised

This foot massager is so easy to use. Just attach the power pack controller, select one of the many massage patterns and hit go. Then you can adjust the strength to your liking.There are 19 different levels of intensity, and I managed to get to 5, so it can provide a very powerful electric pulse if you need it to be!It's super easy to store and compact, it would easily fit in a small bag for travelling with.Overall, very impressive.
