Nice Size and thickness
Foam quality is good and thick which makes exercise or meditation comfortable. Stitching of the outside fabric can be improved

Very poor construction.
When flat and unfolded its seams at joints are very pronounced and uncomfortable to exercise on.

Gaps between the sections of the cushions
Bought this mat for gymnastics practice. Seen a similar one (? by the same company) at a friend's place. But that one on unfolding had no gaps. In the one delivered to me there was a 3 inch gap between each section. This could be dangerous. In the picture it appears to have no gaps. I specifically ordered this company rather than cheaper ones assuming that there will be no gaps.

Mat thickness is good but the mat cover gets stretched and makes it difficult to exercise.
