Very sturdy and rugged.
My 13 year old granddaughter loves it. She says it's easy to ride and comfortable. Easy to handle. The not so big tires make it easy to ride across grass and rough terrain. The blue metallic paint us beautiful. We added the blue and black BlueSunshine adjustable fenders to keep mud and water off her back and legs.

Needed a few adjustments but everything was there and arrived on time.

Missing Parts, inaccessible company support
Chipped paint on front of handlebars attachment. Missing peg. Missing nut for one side of the brake assist. Tried reaching out to Hiland, and kept receiving error links and failed sent messages through their contact us page. Wanted to love this for my son, but complete non user friendly company support.

Great for my 8 year old
My 8 year old loves it! It was super easy to put together and rides great. Only con is it doesn't come with a kickstand.

Daughter loves it, but missing a nut and had scratches on it
Overall happy with it. Easy to assemble yourself but it was missing a nut on the break/360 handlebar component. Luckily I was able to buy a pack for less than $1. Handle bar assembly had some scratches on it, not worth returning, but daughter was upset it wasn't "perfect". Had to use touch up paint I had laying around to fix it myself.Bike rides great and daughter loves it, though.

Brake is terrible
The only brake is the rear brake as I expected but I can't get the rear brake to grab well enough for my daughter to want to ride it. Anyone have a suggestion? Cleaned the rim and readjusted the pads and cables multiple times and can't get the rear brake to lock the tire even on grass, sand or gravel.... wouldn't recommend, not safe.
