Healthy Alternative
This canola oil is not overly processed like so many other brands of canola oil. It has a clean taste and withstands high heat well. A bit pricey, but good health is priceless.

Phenomenal stir fry oil!
I use a wok three times a week. This oil is better for stir fry than actual stir fry oil. It has a higher smoke point and I think it's also even a little less splattery.

Good, fresh, healthy oil.
I've been buying canola oil for some time, because it is often listed among the healthiest oils, being high in both monounsaturated fat polyunsaturated fats. It also has a mild flavor, so it's useful when I cooking a dish in which I don't want the oil flavor to distract from the other ingredients. Good olive oil is both healthy and delicious, but it can be very expensive and the flavor enhances some foods but not all.Recently I've read reports that express some reservations about the clean health record of canola oil. According to these reports that a chemical used to extract the oil from the seed's hull may be toxic. I'm not sure how serious an issue this really is, however, and much nutritional science recommendations seem to shift every few years.Sunflower oil is another fairly neutral-tasting, healthy oil; I may switch to that type just in case the recent medical concerns I mentioned may be so.

Refined totally eliminates the wierd aftertaste
This is what I was looking for, I was spoiled by refined avacado oil long ago and naively thought they were all like room temperature butter flavor .....yuck most are not at all delicious right out of the bottle on food. A lot of avacado oils, most actually, are not refined and so they have a very ”green" flavor .... especially the aftertaste. I use this as a non hardening butter substitute with a high smoke point ...an all-arounder on camping and backpacking trips. ...AND....raw out of the bottle on salads and toast. It is a smaller glass bottle but their refining is smooth and excellent at eliminating the green bitter finish. Glad I finally learned the difference.
