Should never have been delivered
The delivery did not start well when it did not appear on the designated day. Then when it was delivered the driver took photos of the box as it was so badly damaged and he was concerned about the rattling noises he could hear. Took out the chairs and sat on one. The seat was a little small but quite comfortable. Then I discovered what the rattling was. There was broken glass in the bottom of the box. The glass table top was completely broken, so I put everything back in the box and asked for a refund.Due to the state of the box this item should never have been delivered. It looks like it was delivered to someone else before me, who obviously returned it. Quality control needs improving. I read some previous reviews about the quality of this garden furniture and the problems with the the delivery box. I should have listened to the warnings. I can only suggest that people are very careful about ordering this product and be prepared for the possibility of returning it.

Òk, BUT!
On the whole, the table & chairs are pretty good, for the money.But we found the quality not very good & the finish pretty poor!There was bubbling on the paintwork, on the rim of the table & one of the plastic ends, on the arm of the chair had broken & fallen out.We needed the stuff urgently for a BBQ, so didn't bother complaining.Apart from that, delivery was prompt & hassle free.

I know the item is not expensive but overall disappointed.
Although the table is ok and an ideal size every chair was damaged in some way. 3 out of the chairs had caps coming off the arms of chairs and also signs of rust on them. Arms wobbled and did not feel secure and one of the chairs pint across the fabric. I know the item is not expensive but overall disappointed.

Just love the full set, definitely looks the part on my decking next to my chiminea. The seats are really comfortable & I love that I can tilt the parasol. The price was brilliant as well especially for the high quality of the product.
