Looks to simple to be useful, right? Wrong, so stinking wrong. Imagine all the different blends of ground meat you can ball up and grill; slow cook in your smoker or quick fire on the grill. Want more? Mix some of these into the meat before rolling; olives, cheese, garlic, onion, bell peppers, dried fruit, smoked fish, grains. I prefer to mix ground chicken with ground lamb or bison, I cant wait to get my hands on some ground game. If you grill/smoke for fun, you need this pan.

Keep the meatball mixture medium size so it fits snugly into the meat holder a little larger than golf balls size, best if you cook at 375' turn with tongs after 12 minutes then 12 minutes more, right into tomato sauce for at least two hours...more if you have time

Great non stick pan - the holes in the bottom keeps meatballs from getting greasy. I would prefer slightly smaller "indentations" (This pan makes 12 meatballs, each around 2.5 oz) Wouldn't mind one that made 18 smaller ones)Still, a very good product.

Made great medium/ large meatballs. Be sure to put a grease pan under. Nice to have the hole in the bottom of each cup so the grease drains out. I used a mixture of ground pork, ground beef, and bacon.I partially cooked the bacon to minimize the grease. Cooking in the oven is so much easier than frying!

Love these pans! They make perfect meatballs! So much easier than standing at the stove turning them while they cook. Definitely would recommend them. Also, they were incredibly easy to clean. 👍👍

Exactly what I was looking for. Makes perfect sized meatballs and the tray fits perfectly inside a 9 x 13 drip pan you can find most anywhere. They really should bundle this item with the baller for convenience.
