I like that they included a basic non padded top strap, to replace the padded one. I didn't need padding on the top of my head. Not as long as the bobovr m3.Customer service is very good! They communicated quickly even while their office was out on vacation.Cons, battery mount could be updated for a stronger battery. Little bit wider than the bobovr m3. Doesn't not collapse as small as the bobovr m3 can.Probably the best halo strap you can get without an integrated battery. This allows users to create their own charging solution. I own their magnetic facial interface as well, and it's great! I'm looking forward to see what else this company creates for the vr in the future!
