Fantastic Product.
This product has saved our buxus trees. Follow the instructions, it works! We must have over 100 of this little trees forming several hedges. We spray using an Earlex sprayer (you don't have to have one if you only have a few trees) so it is an easy job. We spray through the summer as per the instructions. Not lost one tree.

Very effective
This is an excellent product for treating box blight - that’s to say green caterpillars which hatch and eat all the leaves leaving dry brown areas. I have tried other pesticides but this is the only one that works. I find that I now have to use it once a year at the start of the summer.I have tried various ways of applying it and have invested in a hand pump sprayer which makes life easier and is definitely worth it.

Box caterpillar? This stuff really works.
This stuff works. Instructions recommend applying twice a year but I've found that every couple of months is required in the summer - well certainly until the voracious critters are completely eliminated. Box caterpillars can destroy a hedge in days/weeks. If you want to save your prize box topIary/hedge then get this stuff. Not cheap but worth every penny IMO.

Good stuff, no, brilliant stuff.
Sprayed this all over my box plant. Complete coverage is paramount. Five days have passed and no sign of any caterpillars. I spent so much time growing and cutting and trimming these plants, that pulling them up was going to be a no. Xen Tari by TOPBUXUS is brilliant. P.S; cover every leaf of the Box Plant to stop hungry caterpillars.UPDATE-1: 14/06/2024. WOW!, slowly but surely the box is showing some life, very small amount, but I hope it's a good start, I'm impressed, I thought the bottom half of my box was a gonna, fingers crossed a?UPDATE-2: I can't believe how fantastic this stuff is. The whole length of the Box on both sides has recoered by at least 80%, and still coming back. It would be wise to brush the dead areas before applying. and when the Box comes back. To help encourage the Box back to it's health, I threw some Growmore under the Box and watered it in, so as to give it a good slow release feed as it comes back. Its done the trick. The funny thing was, I actually saw a Box Tree Moth, whitish grey with light brown edges around it's wings. I think it was having a bad time, lol. Soon be time for a second dose. What a relief.Update 3: WARNING!!!! It is very very important to spray the 'NEW' growth. The Moth likes nothing more than fresh grown leaves. sprayed all my new growth and flushed an egg laying Moth out from it. My Box was near death, I kid you not and what a pleasant surprise after three to four weeks, watching the new growth coming back.

There is a specific time table
This looks to be very good & comes recommended by a tree surgeon from his customers.I haven’t used it yet as there is a specific time table to apply ie mid September then again mid April & end of june. It recommends that it’s applied when temperature is 15oC & above. With 5 sachets it’s enough for 20 month’s treatment.I have been applying Neem oil which has certainly held it back so can’t wait to apply TopBuxus

Essential spray to prevent Boxwood caterpillars.
Spray the whole shrub as soon as you see any dry looking or transparent leaf . This spray stops the caterpillars from. They quickly damage the whole plant in a very short time if not sprayed.
