The main thing that needs to be pointed out, is the fingerprint scanner is dead on and quick! The top of the case immediately pops open, giving access to your firearm inside. One main concern when a firearm owner investigates getting something to lock their firearm in, is accessibility and this nails it.This case does NOT feel cheap in the slightest way. It feels very well constructed and feels like quality material. The latch mechanism is very responsive, and the door of the case quickly springs up allowing quick access to the contents inside.The safe has 3 ways of gaining access. The key for when the batteries die (4x AA batteries, not included), the pin pad (6-digit code), and the thumbprint reader. There is a USB-C port on the side of the device which is for emergency power. The instruction sheet that was stickered to the case states that it is for emergency use only, and that long term use will affect the life of the product.Setup was extremely easy and startled me when the case began talking to me and giving me step by step instructions on setting it up! There are two ways to mount the case if you want it mounted. One is a cable that feeds through a hole in the back of the case and can be used to secure it in a vehicle, and the other way is by directly bolting it down somewhere.The WiFi setup was quite easy once I had the proper QR code. DO NOT USE WHAT'S IN THE INSTRUCTIONS! Pineworld has supplied a new QR code in their pictures. I don't see much of a reason for the "unlock" feature on the app unless I am in another room and I send someone who is not registered to the case to get it, as you need to hold the 4 keys to "Wake" the safe up so it can get the signal to open. I suppose if you lose a thumb, it would be a nifty feature. But where the app stands out is the log that it saves. It also sends an alert to my phone if the safe is opened, I even tested with my phone off the WiFi network and still got the alert.One thing to note about the APP, and it may just be my phone, (Galaxy S20). It asked me if I wanted to use my fingerprint in the app instead of the pin code, which I opted to do. This unfortunately broke the APP for me, so I am unable to get in and view the logs. I do still get the alerts for it however. As of now, when I attempt to manage device on the app, it brings me to the "fingerprint" screen where it asks me to "Please verify the fingerprint and enter the device management". However, it sits on that screen and does not allow me to use my fingerprint. The fingerprint reader fails to pop up. So as of now, I would stick to using the PIN code. I will update this if an update is released, and it is fixed. (Force stopping FC HOME in app settings and restarting allowed me to use my fingerprint in the app.)In the pictures I have uploaded, you can see how much space is in the case. For reference, inside the case in the picture is a G2C and G3C, and my 3 mags for each perfectly fills the case. Hopefully that helps if you are trying to picture how much room is in the case.Even with the app not working properly on my phone, I still must give this product the 5 starts it deserves. The main functionality of the device, and the fact that my phone gives me alerts when I am away from home when someone opens the safe is a must have.I definitely recommend this safe.

For the money you can't beat this handgun safe. I replaced a Liberty handgun safe that afetr 4 years the lock broke on it and when I called Liberty about getting a new lock unit I was told that they no longer carried the parts for that particular model. BOOOO! It fits snuggly into a night stand drawer for discreet and easy access. It will take up the whole drawer but you can also store it under your bed without any problem. Having the finger print option along with the push button access makes opening a breeze. Setting up the finger print and the button access took a little time but read the instructions carefully and you shouldn't have any problems. As far as quality, this thing is a beast. It weighs twice as much as my Liberty handgun safe so it is definitely solid. Folks for half the cost of the Liberty handgun safe (your paying for the name) this handgun safe trumps that safe, hands down...

I like the biometrics of this safe. Easy to set up with voice proompt. All pieces and tools included plus batteries. Can use code, fingerprint or keys to open it. Neat design and compact. Not super heavy.

I'm not going to say anything about its features as I haven't set anything up yet, and most likely will not, but what I'm going to say is that I'm very disappointed with the security cable. Pineworld, you have to be kidding me. How is that going to protect this thing from being stolen. I can most likely cut that ridiculously thin cable with a nail cutter. So, do I ruin my bedroom set by screwing it to one of my nightstands, or find a more suitable cable?Before any of you decide on this, keep this in mind.Edit: I reached out to the manufacturer, and they are sending me out a thicker cable. Awesome!!I have set up the safe with a bit of difficulty understanding the instructions. That could be me. The safe works great, as is built like a tank. The biometric finger scanner works flawlessly every time. This safe is totally worth the money. As mentioned earlier, the only issue is with the thin security cable.Bottom line, well worth it and I highly recommend it.

The safe is good looking and built well. It is protective, and a good size.I did encounter a couple of problems that I couldn’t solve with conventional know how experience and using the included owner’s manual.Customer support dialog continued for 5 days trying to both understand the problem and what approach needed to be taken to meet customer expectations.Sherie, of customer support, stuck with me until this was resolved. Speaks a-lot for a dedicated customer service. This alone rates a 5. Thanks!

This box is very sturdy and works perfectly. I really like the 3 ways to open it. I don't have to worry about my grand kids accidently opening it if they find it.

I’m incredibly frustrated, because this safe, as good as it is, has been misrepresented in the advertising.The internal dimensions of the safe are effectively 6“ x 11.5“. If you have an item, in this case, I planned on using it for a large frame revolver, This safe will not accommodate that device, even if it is a fraction of an inch larger. It did not fit my Taurus 608 at all, even though the overall measurements of the box indicated it would. The internal measurements are the critical item, and the advertising for this product misrepresented the interior dimensions.What frustrates me is that Amazon continues to allow sellers to misrepresent their product and not advertise the exact internal dimensions, and here everybody has to deal with the extra transportation,costs, and time taken up for a return.

Like the easy App setup, fingerprint registry. Emergency opening by USB charger. Correct size.The instruction manual could be better.
