I am a Private Chef (classically trained since 2004) and Caterer and found this item to be very top notch. It holds up extremely well, and has been a great selling point for me. The flavor is subtle and not overpowering and my clients have consistently given great feedback and high praise. Here is my lobster and jumbo lump crab version of this squid ink pasta sautéed in a sofrito mixture and finished with black truffle butter, garnish of fresh baby basil leaves. It was just outstanding. I will continue to order this as it is truly gourmet item that will make any seafood lover give you the “oohs and ahhh’s” upon presentation and most importantly- taste! Great product, highly recommend!!

I love shrimp arrabiata with black linguini...hence the impulse to try the Morelli pasta. Yesterday I made the shrimp arrabiata with the morelli pasta and it was wonderful. This pasta is packed with flavor and I will attempt to make another shrimp and black linguini dish, but his time with a garlic wine sauce. The pasta is so flavorful that it doesn't need a heavy sauce. It's easy to prepare. Just 10 minutes in boiling water (with coarse salt). Wonderful product!

I bought this product for my son, an Aspie, who is obsessed with the research and history of unusual foods from all cultures. His attentiveness to detail makes him a superb cook (hoping to be a chef) and has helped him get past food aversions. He said that this stuff was delicious. It was in his stocking along with a jar of, oh my, of ink and extra ink pasta! He had that for Christmas dinner and is prepared to cook that to celebrate his new year! So glad I could find such a thing! Cheers.

This pasta cooked so well, and made such a perfect dish! I am not, by any means, an experienced chef, but this pasta did not overcook quickly and had such an incredible taste on its own that it made me feel like a skilled gourmet chef. I did not want to overpower the noodle, so I prepared it with a garlic butter shrimp sauce and added some spinach and sun dried tomatoes, with small, chipped red onions on top. I was thoroughly impressed with this noodle, and I have to say I was rather amused by the dark color. I will definitely be ordering this pasta and many others from this provider in the future. I really appreciated their adorable follow up email after my purchase was placed, and their dedication to costumer service. All around amazing experience, please try this pasta!

Made halloween dinner with these. But next time I'm just going to add butter and garlic. These noodles are very tasty on their own

The flavor of the pasta is unparalleled and texture quality is near perfect compared to freshly stretched pasta. I try not to eat anything that messes with my energy and mood because of stomach issues. This by far is the best prepackaged pasta I've had. I think it may have something to do with wheat grown in US compared to foreign countries.

Taste so good you will put your grandma in a nursing home because she can’t make pasta like this no more !!!! FYI... put some truffle oil with this you won’t regret it !!

Highly recommended if you enjoy flavorful pasta dishes. Easy to cook and goes with all sauces. It does absorb salt, so be careful when you are salting the water not to put too much. It will ruin it.
