Does the job, lasting well, good quality

Not sure why I purchased this, maybe a sensory thing(having autism)...well it doesn't help as a sensory aid so ?

This is a great little tool when used correctly to control breathing which in turn calms your mind and release’s endorphins. It’s not a replacement for vaping or smoking but is effective in reducing your cravings by carrying out breathing exercises. It’s well made and quite nice to look at. Breath in through your nose and release your breath slowly through the tool to slow down your breathing. It’s working wonders for me and distracts my mind from wanting a cigarette and calms down the anxiety brought on by the cravings. Great price too and a nice long chain that can be adjusted via loops along the chain.

Pretty useless for what I wanted it for which was quitting vaping, but the actual material and quality is very good.

The media could not be loaded. Straight through metal tube, chain does not look great. I have to hold the bottom for more breath control.

Poor product as good as using a metal straw I do not recommend

Got this to help me cut down on cigarettes. Product is excellent size and good material which is what I was looking for. Colour is nice I got black.
