Took most of day to complete putting it together properly.Looks nice on the deck. Nice addition to have as the weather worsens.Took a few tries to get it lit the first time. Once lit it provides a great deal of heat.I’d say it is constructed of quality material.Plenty of heat for our 20X20 deck.Recommend.

My husband was able to put this together fairly easily. It will extend our fall season on the patio socially distancing with friends.

So far we are at 1-star because the unit will not ignite. The starter is not a spark igniter.An email in response to a return request say we need to install a AAA battery, so there's a discrepancy I need toinvestigate.So if this is a glow plug/filament being driven by a AAA battery then either the battery has a short life or the filament is very fragile. More than happy to have someone who know better explain why I might be wrong.Will update as we get this resolved. I was taking off the week to relax but not I've got this headache on my handsIf this AAA battery thing doesn't work then photo I attach will be of me putting it back into the box to return.

works fine and took about 90 minutes to assemble due to lousy instructions.if person writing instructions didn't speak perfect english i understand. my chinese isn't so good either!so why not ask someone to proof and translate?1. instructions are poor AND have errors.2. doesn't mention battery needed at all. EXCEPT where it says not included. says AAA and really needs AA.3. first pg. says to attach "fixer." what? i skipped that and then at the end had parts leftover which were hard to install.4. two stripped nuts (welded in place inside ) so no way for me to fix

Very quick and easy to assemble with minimal tools.

I received my patio heater in September of 2020, and discovered there was a missing part. After waiting for nearly four months (and sending multiple emails). the missing part arrived. We finally tried to put it together and...it doesn't work. The pilot switch appears to be faulty, so I have contacted customer service (AGAIN) to see if they can help.As you can imagine, we bought this to use this past fall, which didn't happen because of the missing part. And now, it looks like we will miss using it this spring.This is the absolute worst product I have ever purchased from Amazon. I am willing to change/revise this review, but only if I am able to get HELP FROM THIS COMPANY! (or a refund. That would work too.)

Took about an hour to assemble. The only difficulty was figuring out the ignition switch which requires a AAA battery which is not mentioned anywhere in the instructions. You just need to unscrew the ignition switch and add the battery. Then lighting the pilot light was easy. Puts out heat well. The instructions are a little confusing but it was not that hard to figure out. It was really great that they included extra hardware because one of the bolts was stripped. Overall we are fairly satisfied with this product.

I purchased this product during prime day. Thought I had an amazing deal due to purchasing on prime day. No I paid someone to put this item together and to take apart. Still haven’t received my refund for this item.
