These adapters DO NOT WORK with the Marlen urostomy pouches. I asked the question before I purchased them and also got stuck with the product as being disabled I was not able to take them to the return location because Amazon changed their return policy.

I can’t fathom why these are so expensive. You only get ONE in your box of bags and often need another before breaking into about box of bags.They always work great, but the cost leaves us wondering if there’s a more cost effective option.
