I was looking for proper door stopper as the earlier one which I bought from Amazon (a bump pad) was rubbish.All I can say about this stopper is - it's FANTASTIC... ticks all the boxes.In my case, the door and wall are not parallel but at 45' (degrees), hope you understand.. (Uploaded pic may help).And this stopper makes it easy for such situation to be handled (again pls refer the pics)Installation took less than 5 minutes, I used glue pads (not screws) as I wanted to first check if this would work.I will soon be screwing in the stopper to the wall, I think I will keep the other half (to the door) glued in.Took a star off as there were no instructions and to a new DIYer like me I was wondering what the big screw (apparently expansion screw) was for, had to come to Amazon to look at one of the pics to find out.Anyways, I would still highly recommend it.

Ok but not very strong and the door releases with the slightest wind

These are great in theory, but in practice they stayed on for about two weeks and the adhesive simply isn't strong enough. They've fallen off both doors I've used them on. Next time I'll be looking for a sturdier solution.

Used this to stop our 18 month old pushing the door over and catching the baby gate which was damaging the door. Easy to stick on with the pads and a good strong magnet hold which thwarted our tiny terror. Very happy with purchase.

Neat, easy to install, attractive and it works.. The adhesive is pretty powerful stuff but best of all it meant I didn't have to drill into my newly built conservatory and thereby nullify the warranty.

Adhesive pads lasted two weeks (useless) its now converted to screw fix

works great didnt want one that i had to screw to the door as it is a composite door and didnt want to ruin it

This product is SUPERB! Very high quality materials and all the fixing options you could wish for. I fitted it on my boat Barbour ten minutes ago and I am very impressed!
