I read many reviews before deciding to purchase and several comments concerned me: screws too short, directions not clear, lengthy assembly time, and most importantly, 2-piece table tops not lining up. But I bought it anyway. FYI: I had zero of these issues. It is absolutely perfect and it assembled perfectly. So let me tell you what I did, if it will help the next person.1) lay the parts out and make sure they are all there. They were. I leaned mine against the wall in alphabetical order for easy identification when assembling.2) forget that Allen wrench. Grab a T-25 Star bit from your drill kit or tool box and grab a hand bit driver (pics attached). It’s so much faster and easier.3) the directions couldn’t be more clear. Just follow them and don’t try to guess ahead.4) when attaching the two frame halves together, make sure they are perfectly level with each other (topside) before giving it that final screw turn. If the frame halves are evenly aligned, then the tops will be too.5) When it comes time to attach the desk tops (in the upside down position) tighten the screws, and then back them out a turn or two (to allow movement for aligning them after you flip it over).6) after the desk is upright, it’s time to align the two tops together. On one side (either front or back) Squeeze the halves together then tighten the screws on that side. Goto the opposite side and do the same. The frames should already be level height wise so this assures alignment side to side and that the edges butt together properly. Cinch all screws down and you’re done.7) from opening the box to sliding it in place against the wall took me +\- 45 minutes if that.I hope this helps someone.

I bought this for young girls. It was simple to put together. I put it together under an hour by myself. It's a small desk but it feels solid. I like the storage it offers with the fabric drawers. And it looks great. Worth the money.

this desk is great for my work at home job.easy enough assembly for one - easier with two people.looks great, seems durable.only downside - i had a missing screw. good thing I always keep extras from other projects … otherwise i would’ve been “screwed” lol.overall, awesome! :)

Got the first shipment in and was missing a part. Emailed customer service and within a day a whole new desk was shipped. It’s beautiful, sturdy and was super easy to put together!

It was a great product,great quality very firm and very spacious i got my 13 inch mac my 34in screen and keyboard and i still have a good space in the desk.

Bought this as my Walmart PC desk from 10+ years ago was rotting away.Assembly would be faster if there were 2 of us so it took me an hour solo to assemble this and carry to my house workspace.First the wood is very beautiful, the side shelving is something I needed for my notebooks, cables and camera devices. table is very sturdy and easy to clean!Best is the price!Im loving the new desk and know this will last me a long while.

The table arrived earlier than expected. There were no damaged or missing parts. It's a good table for students and it looks sturdy too. Assembly was very easy! You just need to follow the instruction manual and look at the labeled items
