Pleased with this but gave it only 4 stars, as there is no instructions regarding the settings, so for me I probably won't get full use of it, think the manufacturer/seller should put something online to download.

Poor Quality – Stopped Working After Only 3 Uses
The media could not be loaded. I purchased this vibration plate hoping for a reliable addition to my fitness routine, but I am extremely disappointed. After using the device only three times, it completely stopped working. It was functioning fine initially, but now it won’t turn on.The build quality seemed decent at first glance, but this failure in such a short time indicates poor durability and reliability. Given the cost, I expected far better performance. I would not recommend this product to anyone looking for a long-lasting and effective vibration plate.

OK so others reviews are right, the instructions ain't great but don't let that put you off buying it because I 100% recommend you buy it. Everyone in my family have tried it out and had so much fun using it. It's a keeper!

The vibrations
The manual is rubbish. Explanation is poor. It could atleast provide info on the different settings. However the vibration is powerful on my legs. My hands don't really get much vibration neither does my abdomen. I bought it specifically for my abdomen. Really disappointed.

Like others have stated went for this to see of helps my asd child and she absolutely loves and on a plus side I get to use ot aswel. Very solid and robust many programs only down side does not state what they mean.
