This is the best hot sauce money can buy.Please note that the sauce arrives with the lid taped shut and no safety seal. I was initially alarmed, but have been eating the sauce for several days and it's perfect.

I received this item with a piece of tape over the top of the bottle. Under the cap, the bottle was open, not sealed as required by the FDA and state law. Since this item needs to be refrigerated after opening and exposure to air, this could be dangerous. Amazon helped with the return (it's a non-returnable item), but come on! Don't endanger customers!!

A tangy citrus flavor with just the right amount of heat. the Japanese yuzu gives this hot sauce a perfect balance on meats, fish, tacos and a nice kick to chili, burgers and sauces. I use this stuff on just about anything.

i like it! not as much as the yuzu kosho (the salty/savory paste in a jar), which i am obsessed with...but it's good and convenient to use in a more liquid form. this is a good buy if you plan on using it a lot because the smaller 8oz bottle + shipping was almost as much as this large size. i am so happy i discovered yuzu... such a unique citrus flavor - if you like citrus, you are sure to like it.

Delicious sauce, goes nicely with so many foods. Hit and spicy with bold citrus flavor. Its like nothing I've had before. Love the taste!!!!

I got this in the mail 8/17/19 and it says best if used before 9/10/19. That’s less than a month away and this is a the large size bottle.

This is fantastic on all sorts of food. Nice yuzu bit and slight kick from the pepper but not too hot
