I had to clean the bottle inside several time and finally with lemon juice and salt to get rid of black stuff. Still was not very clean but looked acceptable. Second issue is with the cap, it tends to bind. If you are not careful it will jam up. I used some oil on the groves to make it free enough. Now I am using it by carefully opening or closing being keeping cap very straight and grip very light so as not to cause it jam up. Otherwise, I like the taste of water from copper bottle. I knew before I bought it that copper will oxidize from use and it will need cleaning with acidic stuff.The supplier/manufacturer should at least sell it clean inside and they should really fix the cap issue as most non technical people will give up if jams on them. I am hoping to keep it unless it becomes unusable due to cap issue. Keeping my fingers crossed, hopefully it will get better with use.

I received mine a week ago, no leaking, keeps the water cold and looks pretty on the outside. I do not taste any difference in the water , cannot say that it’s doing anything special to my body , but I am very active and usually pain free

Look wise it’s good but quality wise not good.

The media could not be loaded.  The first thing I did after receiving the bottle is, washed in and out with tamarind juice (can use lemon) and wiped then started storing water and drinking then washing regularly with tamarind. It is showing very good results for me. Thank you.

Used a few times and was highly disappointed. It stained and the water started tasting awful. I did wash the copper with lemon and salt to clean the bottle . However, it is Still leaving the water with an awful taste.

I got two of these and I love them. I love the way they make the water taste and the health reasons are great

I ordered 2 bottles, one arrived dented, but this is not really the issue. After 2 days of use, the inside of the bottles began to get dark, the water has a disgusting flavor, and I'm afraid of drinking it, I do not want to get sick. I don't think these are pure copper as advertise. I purchased a copper pitcher at the same time as these, and have no problems with it, the inside remains the same, water tastes good, no discoloration of product. I'm very disappointed of this items. I will be sending them back.

Je suis très contente du produit qui me suis partout. Le transvase mon eau minérale dans cette gourde. Toutefois elle n'est pas étanche.... gare au sac inondé.

I'm really happy with this product.

The bottle arrived in a box that has pen marks all over it, where someone had tried to get a pen to work and had scrawled all over the box before they posted it. The bottle looks nothing like the photo on the website. It is not shiny at all. It has marks all over it and a dent on the underside. Definitely wouldn't recommend. Looks like poor quality secondhand and not been well kept.
