Trying to use the APP to sync with the phone and watch was a nightmare for me. The written instructions were useless to me. Couldn't scan the QRcode. found and downloaded APP, but there were these pop up ads that appeared to be what you needed to select, then it asked for my CC, think I got charged for something stupid, subscription of some sort because it said there was an 'activation fee' - it was on $2 so I figured, sure. then I deleted and redid it, had to enter CC again but now said the free subscription wouldn't be charged to my card. One point I got passed that, it was trying to link to an old Fitbit acct I had. WHAT. Could be operator error, but I don't usually have these problems. Forget about it! Returning.

I got this watch to track my sleep and hart rate. It does exactly what is suppose to. The only thing is I have a skinny wrist and the band doesn’t have enough holes in it to make it tighter and I can’t find another band that fits watch. I keep looking.

I bought this item for my dad for Christmas and I wasn’t really happy about it. First, all units are in metric system (km,degrees Celsius, etc.) and no instructions were provided on how to change this. It’s also not able to sync well even after getting the phone app. After a workout, it was showing only 50 steps, which was wrong. It also has a bad touch display. You have to press hard to navigate from the watch. I wouldn’t 💯 agree with the price of this watch or buy the item again to be honest. I wasn’t able to return the watch either because all of this came apparent after a month in.

As I started to set up my new watch, I installed the "Keep Health" app from the Google Play Store as instructed. To move forward, you need to give them permission to your camera, microphone, texts, phone calls, address book, location etc. Why on earth would you need to give them permission to those things? I was so excited to get my "watch", but I uninstalled the app that is needed to use it. It did say you could withdrawal the permissions, but that they were needed for the program to work properly. Unless I can find a way to use the watch without giving away every bit of my privacy, I will return it.

So far so good. It has done everything, as advertised. Time will tell.

I'm not sure I believe that it kept track of steps and everything else like I'd hoped. I'd workout for 1.5 hours and it would say I'd exercised for 15 minutes. I bought this on Dec. 30, received Jan 1 and the band broke Mar 3.Not sure this product is worth the price.

Band broke, can’t return item outside of return date, great long lasting battery, I guess you get what you pay for, trash bound😡

In order to activate the app, you need to give them a credit card. Even though it's free. No thanks.
