Confusing......headline and price listing:This is what I saw when I ordered this:JOCKLAND Men's Daily Jock Strap, 4-Pack Classic Jockstrap Underwear for Everyday Wear$9.95...and I'm thinking, wow! A 4 pack for $9.95????Um...no.I suspect it's unintentional but here's your heads up if you read it that way too.Once on the page, there are images of 4 jockstraps; when you click on one of those images, the price changes to $19.95; still a good price for 4, but I hate ambiguity and unclear listings.So, on to the garment itself....From the product page:L=Fit Waist:34"-36"XL=Fit Waist:37"-39"There might be some deviations, but always within 0.5~1 inch.At 5'9" and hovering around 162 pounds, I'm sort of in between a medium and a large.This review is for the size XL, black jockstrap. I would call this more of jockstrap "underwear" than an actual "functional" "athletic supporter" type of jockstrap.Here are some stats...These are the measurements for the size XL of the garment that I received.Right out of the package, before I even put this on, I laid the garment on a flat surface.These measurements are with the garment just laid flat, NOT stretched.Waist is 16 1/2"" from side to side (so total, 33").Leg straps are 3/4" wide and 11 1/2" long, measuring from the bottom of the waistband where they are sewn, to the bottom of the pouch.Pouch is 6 1/2" top to bottom at the longest measurement, again, measuring from the bottom of the waistband where they are sewn, to the bottom of the pouch.Laid on it's side, the pouch measures just shy of 3" deep front to back (so total about 6" wide, side to side when worn). The fabric of the pouch is very soft and stretchy.There is a seam that goes right down the center of the pouch; depending on what size you order, how tight it is, that seam may leave an impression on "Mr. Happy"; to remedy this you can just wear it inside out.The sizing from this brand is sort of all over the place; in this case, I would have been better off ordering the size Large instead of the XL.The garment I received appears to be of quality materials and workmanship.I hope this review has been helpful and enables you to make an informed purchase decision.I rarely give an overall 5 star rating.

This jock strap feels comfortable and fits well. It also keeps my you know what in place. This is especially beneficial for the days I wear this when exercising. It’s also great for casual wear.

My boyfriend tried these but he tells me it’s not the most comfortable underwear that he’s worn. They look great and fit well, but they’re not super comfortable. Perhaps it’s just on him. I can’t be sure.

I usually wear a jock type underwear in the summer with my mesh type sport shorts to keep super cool and comfortable. These have very nice fabric that also covers the straps. The pouch is normal supportive, so not for athletics probably but go for around town and running errands. Nice underwear at a good price point and the wife likes the look as well, a bonus.

The Reason for Selection:Another fun thing to try out and review.General observations:I have never owned a jock strap in my adult life. I had them for childhood sports for may years, but this is nothing like those.I am amazed at how comfortable this thing is. The size on the listing shows that this size is good for 37" waist. I wish I had that but I don't, my waist is more like 42" and the images show the fit.The stitching is of good quality and the spandex straps are stretchy enough to accommodate me and still lay semi flat. I do realize that I have far too much padding to properly model them, but I hope that if someone is larger like me, is curios as to how they might look on a non-model, I have attached pics.I did wear these to the gym for an hour worth of exercise. They were better at moisture wicking than my cotton briefs. The pouch did cradle things nicely and I didn't worry about things bouncing out of control.The Good:Comfy, pouch provides enough support.The Bad:Nothing Bad.The Ugly:Nothing Ugly.Value for Price:From my perspective and experience, the price of $9.95 is fair.If you want to understand my star rating criteria, click on my avatar above. I like that this undergarment was more comfortable to wear than other jockstraps in the past and in my opinion accurate to the size guide. I am usually a large and this was a bit big on me though it’s said to be an extra large. So that makes a lot of sense and I can’t complain.

Upfront disclosure: I received this item through the Amazon Vine program for review.The jock style underwear that is available now is worlds apart from the athletic jock straps we wore 20+ years ago in sports. This is genuinely comfortable underwear. It takes a little bit to get used to the way they fit, but after a few minutes I forget I have it on and just stay comfortable all day. The material is much better than most of the underwear I find in the men's section of most stores too! I love these and can't recommend them enough.
