First step in the instruction leaflet says make sure it is fully charged. I spent a while searching for the charger. There wasn't one. But ingeniously, you just plug one end of the tracker into a usb port, and off it goes!You then fit the two straps and off you go. I see a number of people found the straps difficult to remove. It is a bit of a struggle, but it gets easier. And of course you don't want the straps coming undone as you are walking along.That's the good news.Then the bad news. It went from fully charged to empty in less than a day. I tried turning off the vibrations to alert me about stuff, confirmed it, and recharged. The vibrations started up again, and all the options had turned themselves on again.Then the screen went funny. Instead of displaying the time, number of steps, etc, it just displayed a blurred grey rectangle. No longer responsive to touch, which is a bit awkward for a touch screen. Then the screen went black and stayed blackI sent it back for a refund - seller provided return label and full refund

First of all, the manual doesn't describe how to use it, so you need to search for information online. The band looks nice, but it doesn't work properly. It's very hard to attach the band. I tested the steps by comparing them with Google's steps, and this band doesn't count steps accurately. It's supposed to help your health, but it's so annoying that it has the opposite effect. It's time to go to Curry's to pick up something more expensive.

Unfortunately the one I received didn’t do what was expected of it.There was nothing wrong with the physical aspect, it looked and felt fine. However it was the features that failed completely:The step count went up unrealistically when I was stationary. I wasn’t even waving my wrist around.The sleep monitored didn’t record my sleep even though I activated the feature, set a time slot, and saved the settings. I tried this on multiple nights.The final mail in the coffin, and what I mainly wanted it for, was the heart rate monitor. While exercising and sweating I could feel my heart beating fast in my chest, however the bpm that the watch picked up was lower than what it was before I even started the exercise.Maybe I got a faulty watch, but unfortunately I’m having to send it back for a refund.

Item came with scratches on the face . Looked like it was second hand . Came partially charged,and worked for about 24 hours . Then tried to charge it on numerous occasions but without success. Fortunately on wasted £20 but please don't waste your money on this . Should have known better!

The watch didn't work. It wouldn't charge. The strap wouldn't fix on at one side. The box was damaged - don't know if that was the cause of the watch not working. And the enclosed instructions were for a different product. I'm awaiting pick up and return via Royal Mail, but there has been disruption because of heavy snow.

I didn’t like the length of of battery life I seem to be charging every other day . I’m not sure how accurate the steps and calories burnt as it’s a lot more than what my phone step wise and calories. Comfy to wear

It worked well, but found it hard to remove the straps to charge it.

Wonderful gift for a colleague, she really loves this. Has lots of features and the matters seem to last a good number of days. Haven't received any complaints and pretty sure she's happy with the product. Also would add its really good value for money considering the quality and features.
