Good as any and I do recommend.
This is what they started me on when it was a prescription so I've continued it so it doesn't mess up with my lab work. My levels stay stable.

Needed to up my calcium and vitamin D
The doctors have said I have vitamin D deficiency and I should look into upping my calcium. This hits both targets and the taste was fine. The worst is when you find a supplement with a terrible odor or taste, especially when there are 250 tablets.I didn't notice any side effects and generally felt healthy since I was taking this one. I've finished the bottle and trying out some others I found.This brand is becoming one of my top ones.

It's always difficult for me to review supplements, but I will say that I ran out of bone-strengthening supplements for a few months and my teeth started aching and I could feel it weakening. It was very noticeable..So I'm new to these but back on track, I'll see how it goes! Love that I only have to take 1, and it's easy to swallow and remember. I appreciate it that it has the vitamins I need not just calcium or vitamin d only. hoping it will make a difference!

Excellent supplements
This bottle of MASON NATURAL Calcium 500 mg tablets is great. The tablets are easy to swallow, and they seem to be super high quality. I've been taking one per day for a couple weeks and I feel great.

Good Calcium supplement
A good dietary supplement. No bitter taste. The taste is plain just like any other calcium tablet I've had. It provides 500 mgs to supplement, my daily multivitamin which does not give my the full daily recommended value. I have no complaints.
