It heats up fast and does a good job of straightening quite well. I thought the blades design vs the tines design would be weird, but it’s not. It works. But honestly I think I prefer a tines design, easier to push through the hair. . The control buttons are easy to use but also as easily to mistakenly touch and change the setting - a common design flaw. The hottest it goes to is 410 which is the standard these days. I miss the days when heat went up to 450 because that did a better job.

I watched TikTok videos of identical “brushes” and was skeptical it’d work on my hair. I have thick, wavy, textured hair and this smoothed it down with 1-2 passes under/through and one pass down to smooth. I didn’t have to crunch my hair between flat iron plates and could turn brush at the base of my hair to lift the roots up a bit. Even used on air dried hair and worked without any issues. 10/10 Recommend!

First of all I loved the color and look and feel of this. Here are my pros and cons:Pros: pretty style, nearly impossible to burn yourself with. Design makes it easily to get close to scalp without fear of burning. Straightened quickly.Cons: the ends were very difficult to get with this. I expected silkier, smoother, softer results but was left with some crunchiness. It is difficult to maneuver it to get all parts of hair evenly straight.
