Perfect board book for your young truck lover.
These books are colorful and sturdy, with rounded corners. They will survive the most ardent “reader”. The textures are interesting. With the text in a predictable pattern, this an excellent choice for language development.

Some words are more British than American, but the touch and feel are totally worth it
Like all Usborne books this is produced in the England, so some of the words are not going to be familiar for you or your kids.If your toddler is enamored with trucks this is an excellent one, just change out some of the words as you read it, to something more USA standard. We did and it worked fine. By the time your kid can read they'll have left this book behind long ago. This is a fun and interesting touch and feel book. You can help your baby try and find the mouse too as they get a little older.Do not buy this new, the price is insane. Find a very reputable used dealer and buy it Like New or Very Good. Anything less is going to have too much dirt/damage to give to such a small child who will inevitably put it in their mouth.

My students love this book!
I bought several books like this one and my students love this book. They can feel each texture in the book and learn to 'read' without the words. They all think the little mouse in the book is very cute. On each page they say, Oh he didn't fall out yet and on the last page he falls out of the tipper truck. My students are up to three and a half and they each love all the books like this one.

Cute book
My son LOVES "That's Not My Train!" and when it tore in half, I decided to get him something new. His favorite things are trains and trucks, so I gave this book a try. It's not bad. It's very similar to it's train counterpart, with the same little animals, the same layout, and similar, but different, textures. For some reason, my son just wasn't as into it; perhaps because he's fallen in love with the train book and is now a loyalist/snob. :) But the book is good; I'd recommend it to anyone, and it would make a great gift.PS - we ended up duct taping "That's Not My Train!" and he's happier than ever.

cute
My first son had the "That's not my car" book and he loved it. He made me read it over and over again and enjoyed touching all the pages from age 8 months to age 6. I bought this for my sister's son for this reason. It is just as cute and sturdy.

Variety of textures and bright colours to hold a baby's interest. Also the size of the book is just right for little hands to hold and explore

Buen libro
