terrible service By Godrej
We bought the chiller to keep milk from our dairy farm. The product was installed by Godrej officials and it was realised just the next day that one door wasn't working well as we couldn't keep it open. This caused great discomfort in our daily operations. We raised a complaint and the technical said he would arrange to replace the broken part. It is almost been a month but no sign, we have followed up with Godrej umpteen times.

Product is good, but service is worst..I called amazon due to the problem of no ice formation at inside bottom panel, I then contacted godrej support they said will sent an agent to check and give demo.But no one even came and checked..I called them many times..Also ticket they raised closed with issue resolved.
