Picture of 5 mouthguard is misleading. There is only one and it is small. Gave it to my grandson in sports(12 years old.

Bought this for my son for football. He really enjoys it, he likes that most of the other kids have just plan black ones and he is able to have one that matches his team colors. Definitely would recommend to anyone.
