I purchased this item for my sore knees, my blurry vision from certain distances and because of hormonal imbalance. I took one dose the day it arrived and twice most days since arrival. Easy to swallow pills, best taken in increments of two pills at a time until all six are swallowed with warm water. The pills have an herbal scent and are clay colored (brown). Between days three and four, I felt pain when I leaned forward bending at the pelvis while seated or on the floor. About two days later I felt sharp pain briefly in the uterine or vaginal area. These sharp pain lasted a few minutes which led me to skip a day of consumption. Then I finished the last pills. There will be four pills remaining once the two doses of six pills are taken. Also, the pain in my knees did lessen a little but no change in vision. The erogenous zones in the chest region became more sensitive as well. I think this product did more for my hormones than for joint pain and vision. The pain in my knee felt worse after finishing this product within a week. Due to the momentary sharp pain, I won't repurchase but may try another product.
