An excellent book for those worried about their heart
There are very few recipe books where I can leaf through it and want to cook every meal. There are even fewer where every recipe has been designed to be "heart friendly" and offer a snippet of nutrition expertise with it. This book does both. I am on a cardiac rehab journey and was getting pretty depressed with the lack of recipe help if you are on a restricted diet. Sat Bains has knocked it out of the park with this book, and we are already well into the simple, yet flavoursome, recipes the book contains. We are literally doing these with joy in our heart. Highly recommended.

A must have recipe book
Superfit guy suffers life threatening heart attack and turns to heart healthy food.. brilliantly organised book and superb recipes to feed yourself and your heart.. everyday ingredients and top quality book

Best cookbook ever!!
Being a fellow heart attack survivor and keen home cook I was interested to see what the recipes entailed.What a fantastic book!!Great flavour combinations,all ingredients easy to source and particularly liked the health benefit information that went with each recipe.We are working our way through the entire book and have not been disappointed with any recipe so far.

Had a heart attack? Buy it!
I always eat healthy but after 2 heart attacks had to make even more changes. This book not only gives you great tasting food without the salt but is a joy to read. Still remember the 1st time I made the aubergine dish - couldn’t get over how tasty it was. Also on a personal note nice to know that someone else can train every day and still have a heart attack. Great investment even if you haven’t had a heart attack. Recipes are great!
