What we needed, when we needed it!
My wife is a 1st grade educator, needing multiple laptops & tablets to teach simultaneously both in person & remotely. When her ASUS laptop charger broke, it was imperative to her up an running as quickly as possible. Thanks for getting this perfect factory replacement to us in less than 48 hours and back in front of the classroom in the nick of time... You guys are the BEST!

Does the job but rather bulky and doesn't plug 🔌 n firmly.
The media could not be loaded. Â This charger is way way too bulky and the plug in mouth keeps folding when you plug it in.it does not plug in firmly.I may yet return it.It does charge my asus laptop though but it is just not convinient.I sometimes have to hold it down with my foot when I plug it under the table as it would pull out every few minutes.

Works good with my asus laptop when my kid knocked over my laptop and bent the original piece that clicks directly into the laptop. Time will tell how long it will last....

I ordered the wrong size
I ordered the wrong size. Have to pay $3 to return. Seemed like a good deal, but didn't realize it wasn't Prime and free returns. :( The charger itself is heavy. I re-ordered the correct, smaller size tip, for my computer, and it is much lighter.

I have a ASUS monitor, and my cord got destroyed by my cat. I bought this, and it came on time and works perfectly. I was a little worried that it was not gonna look legit, but it is! It looks and works just like the ASUS charger I had.

Exact Replacement
When the original charger started failing after several years, I shopped for a new one. This one is an Asus with the identical specs of the original. It came ready to use with the charger and power cord. I plugged it in and it has worked as it should with constant use. For the few bucks extra I have more confidence than the cheaper version.
