I bought this for my mothers birthday, the hearts fell off the charm after she put it on and they went missing. I’m guessing the loop the hearts go through wasn’t closed properly. Couldn’t get a refund as the window of time to get a refund was closed, so my money went to waste. It’s ridiculous because these charms are obviously for gifts, your not going to give it to someone the day you get the charm. There shouldn’t be a short time your allowed to get a refund on these kinds of items.
