Sunbrella fabric great but the thread used to seam together didn't last
We have had the Kingsbury gazebo for over five years. The structure is rock solid since we put sand in each (unanchored) post to anchor it in strong winds. We loved the Sunbrella top. However, the seams started rotting away a few years ago. We took it to a local uphosltery shop to repair once. Now all the seams are starting to go and it would be over $300 to repair. I called Sunbrella who informed me that they only sell the fabric to each manufacturer who actually sews it together. That is Paragon so the thread they used did not hold up. Replacement canopies with Sunbrella are $600 and $345 for Dome-Tex (unsure of fabric content but it's not Sunbrella quality). It doesn't make money sense to keep replacing it. We are buying a hard-top gazebo next time we need to replace the canopy!

You may not get a SUNBRELLA top
If you buy this from a 3rd party seller, beware that you might not actually get a Sunbrella top. That’s what happened to me, I received an inferior quality polyester top that was NOT Sunbrella.
