I had several pinholes in the liner when I set it up this year. It is exactly 1 year old and I used it for one season. I patched the holes I could find but it still leaks. I contacted Bestway customer service and had to pay $5 to get started with an "expert" who was unable to resolve my issues and could not call me on the phone for some reason. The liner seems flimsy and I can see that the seem that connects the bottom to the sides looks like it is separating. Bestway did nothing to resolve the issue.

This is my second purchase for the 12'. Had two 10' before. The last 12' lasted 2 or so years, but finally was leaking from the bottom and had to be replaced. The liner is tough but we placed on a rough brick paver surface, so it eventually wore out the bottom after 2 years. We break these down and store them for the winter in a storage box and usually get more than 1 year out of them. Totally worth it for the price. I just bought a 12' diameter pool pad to go underneath. This should help with the rubbing and hopefully we can have one last for more than 2 years. The last one we bought had a stone pattern, and this one is just plain grey. Its ok, but would be cool to have more design options. I do love the interior blue square pattern for this model.I don't use the included pump. They work but have to be cleaned every other day. I bought a sand filter several years ago and only have to clean/empty at the end of the summer when I break down the pool.Bottom line is that this is a great product that we love and use all summer to keep cool and have fun. The staff at Bestway should feel proud for building a high quality product that brings much enjoyment to many families. Thank you...

We bought this pool a few weeks back, and we love it. Make sure you get the model with the 530 gph. Also, buy yourself two filters so you have one available when you spray it off. We have well water; I had to wash out the filter twice a day for three days until the water was clear, but it is fine now (we have a lot of Iron in our water). No, it's not an Olympic-sized pool, but it does the job, and you still feel that you own an actual pool. The kids love it, and it's deep enough for adults to sit in. With prices these days to go places and this heat wave coming to the Midwest, you can't beat the cost.

Great product. My only complaint is the pump is to small for the size of the pool. I live in S FL and it is really hot in the summer. Therefore its hard to regulate the water and keep the algae down. I bought a bigger pump, and it is able to keep the water clean. Also the liner is kind of thin on the bottom. I have had a problem with grass growing through the bottom even though I put down a tarp, and prepped the area. However the pool serves its purpose and allows for easy access in an out without using a ladder, and is perfect for floating.

Ordered this for my family we have a 2 year old she loves playing in it especially because she can stand up and touch. She never wants to get out of it was super easy to assembly the pump works great and comes with built in timer on the plug. Can be setup with one person two would make it much easier make sure it is setup on solid ground as the feet don’t have big pad so they may sink in ground as pool fills.
