Great product
Excellent product, definitely need a high place to hang it, pretty long, but an alternative is to do push downs and other tricep exercises from your knees, works just as good. Very sturdy and great pulley system all around, holds decent weight. I also suggest buying the actual push down bar, rope or triangle push down bar, they sell them in a three pack on amazon, it will fill like you are right at the gym!

Great cable system
This is by far the most versatile gym Item I've bought in awhile. I bought these to use for cable flys on my power rack. They work perfectly for that. I've also used them for triceps and several other movements. The only Issue I've had is that on some occassions the cable falls out of groove when it gets some slack and it doesn't want to go in very easily due to the attached bolt being in the way. It's only happened about 3 times in 6 months and I use them at least twice a week. So It's not that common, but it does through me out of my groove when it happens.Update: 1 year reviewI've used these multiple times every week for a solid year now with zero issues except the one mentioned above. They work just as good as the day purchased.

Versatile home gym piece
Coupled with some strategically placed eye bolts in a beam, my garage home gym now has the 1 thing I missed from a regular gym... lat pull downs, cable flys, etc. Run some heavy weight on pull downs and have had no issues with cables fraying, pulleys breaking or anything else. Highly recommend.

Solid cable pulley system
I couldn’t be more satisfied with this cable system. Rather than spending hundreds of dollars on a separate station alone, this inexpensive gem does the trick. I attach it to my pull-up bar on my 90” rouge squat rack. It’s very solid, quick to set up and can handle heavy loads. I haven’t noticed any excessive swinging on the weights, probably with my controlled range of motion. However I can see that being an issue if you are overly aggressive. I did buy some separate handle attachments for various workouts. Some reviews complain that the plate strap that connects to the cable system does not fit through 2” olympic sized plates. I’m shocked that they haven’t figured it requires a certain angle as you insert it through. Too simple.

Amazing addition to home gym
Really have nothing negative to say about this pulley. I ordered a loading pin just to make changing weights a bit more easier. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to get a pulley for their home gym. Better to just buy this than make your own which would cost roughly the same.

Works great but you better measure your rack/mount
Chords were way too long. Sure I could have measured, but the pictures showed on the images didnt properly represent the length of the chords. That said, they hold well and are very useful.

pretty good substitute for gym cable machine
Overall this is a pretty good substitute for what you could normally do with a gym cable station. If you get 2 it is possible to do cable flies or even cable chest presses. However; depending on your strength level, for flies you may have to figure out how to keep the cables from pulling you backward. More importantly; you really need somewhere high to hook the straps that hold up the pulley system. Otherwise you will not have a complete range of motion on most exercises (triceps push downs for example) because the weights will reach the ground before the full range is complete. Last and maybe most importantly, you need somewhere sturdy to hang the pulley system. The weights will swing to some degree or other, and depending on the exercise and positioning you are using the tension can be more horizontal versus vertical.Overall I am pretty happy with purchase and would recommend, especially given situations where you absolutely cannot get to a well equipped commercial gym.
