I haven't been happy with traditional coolers for a while and came across this one here. Looks and wears like a backpack, but keeps my lunch and drinks nice and cold. Tough and durable, the zippers are better than most on my clothes. Hasn't leaked a drop. I might just get my wife one when her current one wears out. Oh yeah, it's got tons of pockets too

Quality of the product is very good. Insulation is very good. Keeps my ice pack frozen for hours.

I needed a backpack for work to hold my stuff and also a lunchbox to keep my food cool. This does both very well. I can pack up a good amount of stuff and keep a lunch cool along with several drinks all in one pack. I usually pack a small lunch, but will have an ice pack, two frozen water bottles, two water bottles, and a tea, or other drink with me. I work in the heat, so having a lot of drinks with me some food, and frozen water bottles for drinkable ice packs works great for me.

When I first received it I was concerned about the capacity. But apparently it just needed to be filled a few times to set the liner in place. After using it for over a month, I'm in love with it. I use this to bring food to and from work. It fits my thermos easily which I always take to work filled with coffee. I also have a larger 2 liter thermos that fits as well. I work long shifts so I fill this with drinks and foods to get me through the shift. When I get to work I remove the cold items and put them in the fridge. Even when I fill it full of drinks, the straps are very comfortable to carry. I never put ice in it so I can not attest to that. I did not buy it to put ice in. I just wanted to keep my cold stuff cold while I drive about an hour to work. I love all of the extra pockets. If I run out of room in the insulated section, I can stuff canned or bottled drinks in the side pockets. I'm completely satisfied with this purchase. Note: I did not receive the patch or the bottle opener, but I didn't really care about getting it either. The bottle opener would have been cool. I wouldn't use the patch.

I bought this backpack to use on my disney vacation. Let's face it the food at disney is garbage and we decided we are done eating crap food while schlepping all over the parks so we decided to pack our food for the day. This backpack was used for two dinners for both me and my sister. We were able to fit two glad containers for a salad each, one small container of cottage cheese, one yogurt, and two sub sandwiches that were about 8 inches long each. We put in one large ice pack and two small ice packs. It's not jam packed full so there is room to spare. The reason why we didn't use two large ice packs is for weight reasons. There are two very deep elastic pockets on the side of the bag which easily fit a 1.5 liter bottle of water on one side and my large hydroflask which is about 40 oz. No fear of the bottles slipping out when bending over. I decided while walking the park to hold my hydroflask by the handle as it got heavy lug around. The temperature in florida each day was mid to high 80s each day. We would get to the park around 11 and by the time we ate which was between 5-6 the food was still cold, the large ice pack still frozen but the very small ones we used were about halfway frozen. The salad stayed crisp and all the food remained cold. The water was stored outside the pack so of course that didn't but that was remedied by getting free ice at the Starbucks. The American flag velcro patch was a nice added touch and I actually got a compliment on it. Now for the reason I didn't give it 5 stars. Last year for our bi annual trip to Disney I bought a vera bradley backpack to use. That backpack had this extra clipped strap that was attached to each handle that when your wearing the backpack you take these two straps and clip them together. The strap clips right across my upper breasts which really aided in the carrying around the backpack all day. It really helped in the distribution of the weight. Unfortunately this backpack does not have that additional strap bit I wish it did to aid in schlepping it around all day until the park closed. Had this backpack had that strap it would've garnered a 5 star rating. Overall I am happy with my purchase just wish it had that extra strap.

Nice bag, no sweating or leaks, keeps stuff cold all day. I use for work so I wear while riding my motorcycle in, very comfortable.

I love this lunch bag/back pack!It's big but not to big!If you have long hours at work and need lots of food this is the lunch bag you need!All kinds of room!I've only had it for a couple weeks so I can't speak on the durability but from what I can tell it's made very well so I think it's gonna last me quite a few years!And also has lost of storage pockets, so you can have a quite a bit of personal items you might need through your day!I use it for work but I imagine you can use it for whatever you want!

Perfect size, i can put up to 2 complete lunch for my long day working at the hospital, keep my lunch cold with a small icepack. Multiple practical pockets to keep yours small things in order. One big size cooler and a smaller size cooler in top pocket. Love it.
