Love the design of these shoes but if you have thin ankles, the elastic straps will be way too big. I’m a size 7-7.5 but order a 7.5 since ballet flat shoes typically irritate the bunion area so a little extra space is appreciated. These shoes fit but I would need to put in arch support and a bunion buffer or they’d tear up my feet. Ended up returning them but really love the color and style. The comfort simply isn’t there plus the loose straps.

I bought these for Oktoberfest, and they were perfect!! Very cute and comfortable—I wore them for 9 hours with zero issues! Not a single blister or sore spot the next day! I wear a 7.5 in Toms shoes and an 8 in adidas. I ordered both sizes in this shoe and the 8 fit me best.

i am physically challenged and use a wheelchair. For years now, I was looking for stylish shoes for the various committees that I'm on, with no luck. I am absolutely thrilled that I found these shoes! These shoes are comfortable, they stay securely on your feet, and they're fashionable. I even receive compliments from other women on them. Too cool!

Cute, but not initially comfortable. Received compliments on the shoes from several people. I am thinking that I should have ordered a half size larger. The shoes were tight and uncomfortable, at first. They were, eventually, more comfortable after I broke them in. Not great if you are on your feet most of the day.

I returned these shoes with a negative review which I still stand by. However the sellers reached out to me and offered another pair of shoes to restore my confidence. They were very kind and professional. I chose a pair of their boots and they were nice quality, comfortable and fit well. Their customer service has won me back as a customer. This tells me that if any customer is unsatisfied with their purchase they will refund and stand by you as their customer.

I'm primarily a size 8.5-9M in most name brand shoes opting for 9M in sneakers for comfort. For this shoe I purchased a 9M as I like to insert insoles since there is minimal to no cushion on the soles. Note, I've previously had plantar fasciitis before and can't wear shoes like these where they're flat or there's minimal to no cushion on the inside of the shoe as well as the sole of the shoe. To prevent my plantar from recurring, I purchase Dr. Scholl's Tri-Comfort insoles (see photo) which fit great--if the flat shoe can't accommodate this, then it gets returned.The size 9M shoe was extremely comfortable with the insoles: the first time wearing them, I was going on a trip to New York city; wearing them to the airport, on a 5-hour plane ride, then a train ride to our hotel. The size 9M definitely fit my foot, wasn't tight but had enough room to wear socks if I wanted too. I did not experience the "noisy zipper" as some customers mentioned. However, I did develop blisters above both my big toes where the shoe comes into contact with my upper foot which means I'll have to put bandaids on those areas if I wear these shoes again or wear socks to provide a barrier. Also, the straps left impressions around my upper ankles when I took the shoes off but the straps weren't painful or tight when I was wearing them.For these reasons I rated this shoe 4-Stars.

Great flats! Need to know: they are stiff so when you step you get a hard crease in the bend, and my god do they make your feet clammy! Highly recommend some no show flat sock things. Otherwise very cute and comfy, no toe crushing and loose enough to feel like a flip flop with the ankle security easing your mind. Overall would recommend if the two inconveniences don’t outweigh the style.
