Don’t forget.... lots of water
They seemed to work well. I did not cramp up or get headaches on the day had a grueling “workout” however I did start to get dehydrated

Comes in a POUCH, not in a ROLL as pictured.
Salt Stick tablets are great. I use them during long runs and have nothing to say about the excellent quality of this product. My gripe is that I decided to order from this vendor because the picture and description says that the tablets come in a ROLL. These did not. They came in a pouch, which is much harder to use while running at a fast pace. This was a big disappointment.
