Bought this for my husband about 7 months ago after he came out of hospital. The Dr recommended sleeping with his head elevated (not something he was looking forward to!).After a couple of nights and a very thin pillow on top, hubby got comfy and now says he wouldn't go back to lying flat.It's improved his airway and practically silenced his snoring YAY!!!!So it's helped both of us get a good night's sleep.The wedge has maintained its shape and quality as well.

I bought this pillow as I gave fusion in my upper spine and can no longer lie flat on a mattress. It’s a large sized, firm pillow, decent quality, the angle is a fair representation on the photos. As an ankylosing spondylitis sufferer some surfaces can be a little too hard for me and I find this pillow to be so. I have piled soft pillows against it which has helped a bit . I’ll probably use it intermittently.

I was very unsure about trying one of these pillows at first. When it arrived I was even more wary as it is extremely firm & I was convinced that it couldn't in any way help me with chronic acid reflux - it resembles a wedge of cheese or slice of cake. It took a while but eventually I propped up the pillow with regular, softer pillows and got used to it very quickly - and it did what it claimed it could do, cut my acid reflux down dramatically. I now totally rely on this pillow to help with this extremely distressing condition and 9 times out of 10 the reflux has stopped. The times I do get the reflux tend to tie in with the occasions when my head has rolled of the pillow in the night.Remember that if you are getting this pillow to help with reflux then persevere with it as you will be amazed by the results. It takes time and patience but it is worth every penny that you pay for it. I am due to visit my mother for the first time since lockdown 14 months ago so she has ordered me another of these pillows to help my whilst I am there. Try it, stick with it and get used to the posture change - I assure you that you will get relief.

Nice quality but for me was just too big, thats not a negative for the pillow as it great, just not great for me

I bought this cushion because I am suffering with silent reflux cough and have spent so many nights coughing all nightWe did have a reflux pillow for my husband but it was huge and took up so much room in the bed and we have a super king bedThis pillow is a much better size and I have slept so much better since getting thisIt is very firm but I place several pillows on it so it's very comfortable and I have been coughing much lessThis kind of pillow is recommended for reflux and I would highly recommend it to anyone who like me has a silent reflux cough

Received this item was not even put in its own sealed packaging, was placed in a grey packaging and on opening smelt absolutely wet and a distinct mouldy smell. I had just came out of hospital from major surgery and was very disgusted with his item. Don't know where this was stored in the warehouse but its smell is absolutely dreadful.

Use this in the garden because the  Bench  has a hard straight back and gets a bit uncomfortable after a few hours. Much more comfortable leaning against this and I can turn it round to use it as a pillow when I lie on the bench and go to sleep. It's hard foam so it doesn't compress and the cover is removable for washing. It's very good value considering you can pay over twice as much for something that is not as good.

This was bought to elevate the upper torso and reduce the disk of GERD. For that, it's a failure: much too high/steep. However it does make a good backrest - and I ought to have realised it was going to be steep before buying so can't fault the product really ;-)
